Project Manager – GxP Projects

You lead GxP projects in the life sciences from kick-off to handover: schedule, cost and compliance in one hand. You keep operations, engineering, quality and suppliers aligned, so that decisions are taken where they take effect: at the equipment.

• Leading GxP projects across all phases, from planning through to handover into operations.
• Stakeholder alignment between operations, engineering, quality and suppliers.
• Change & operational excellence: steering changes cleanly, improving processes measurably.
• Schedule, cost and progress reporting at decision level.

• Degree in engineering, natural sciences or pharmacy.
• Experience in project management in a GxP environment.
• Knowledge of Annex 15 and GAMP 5.
• Very good German and English.

• Demanding projects on real GMP equipment in the life sciences.
• Short paths, flat hierarchies and real responsibility from day one.
• Work close to operations rather than from a distance, in a collegial engineering team.
